Mould at home: the mental toll too
Mould at home makes people ill, physically and mentally. Carla raised that often overlooked side in the council and tabled a series of proposals for a faster and more humane approach.

Motion 497 (Kabamba, Koyuncu and Ahmadi): information about mould via social media. Adopted; the executive reported back in January 2025.
Council
On the approach to mould-affected homes in Noord, Carla highlighted the mental impact of living with mould for a long time.
Motion
Motion 614 (Kabamba et al.): psychosocial support and research into the mental impact. Adopted, as were motions 627 and 651, which she co-sponsored.
