Discrimination and bullying at school: know where to report it
Schools, parents and students are actively pointed to the Discriminatie.nl reporting centre.

Why this motion
Many parents and students don’t know how or where to report discrimination and bullying. Discriminatie.nl is the central reporting point in the region, but is not well known.
Its annual report gives insight into reports and trends but isn’t discussed with school boards, even though that would help them act in a targeted way.
What the council asks
The city council asks the mayor and aldermen to:
- 1Bring the Discriminatie.nl annual report to the attention of school boards every year.
- 2Promote Discriminatie.nl among schools, parents and students.
- 3Bring anti-discrimination campaigns to the attention of schools.
